Alliance Lions Vision Conservation
One of the primary missions of the Alliance Lions Club is to promote the
conservation of the sense of vision.
This may include the provision of up to $200 financial assistance
for needy individuals who cannot afford an eye exam or to purchase basic glasses.
Other activities realted to vision conservation:
Providing information on donating to the local eye bank.
Providing information on the prevention of diseases which cause blindness
or vision problems.
Helping local people get access to Leader Dogs.
Helping qualified individuals get access to foundation funds for eye surgeries.
If you would like to apply for assistance please print out and complete
an application form, then return it to a Lions Officer
or a Sight Conservation Committee Member
